2. PARTICIPATION:

3 male and 3 female competitors of each country (6+6 host country) plus: 1st International series (first 10 competitors in the Speed World Cup 2002 final ranking) + supplementary list.

IMPORTANT!!! In order to get Russian visas in time and minimize the prices, please send the following information as soon as possible:

  1. Surname
  2. Name
  3. Date of birth
  4. Nationality
  5. Sex
  6. Passport No, Expiry Date
  7. Team status (climber, coach, manager, physiotherapist)
  8. Name of the firm where person is working
  9. Firm address, phone, fax
10. Post in the firm
11. City where visa will be received
12. Arrival date in Russia and Departure date from Russia.

3. TRAVEL DETAILS:

by plane: Fly to Ekaterinburg – KOLTSOVO Airport.
All teams will be met in Airport and transported to the Hotel. All participants will be provided with free transport during the competitions.

!!! VERY IMPORTANT. We remind that:

1. Those competitors for whom their belonging Federations have not applied for an International License, will NOT be allowed to compete.
2. Deadlines for registration of competitors reported in the competition information sheets disseminated by the ICC must be respected by each member federations.

We don't except late registration!!!
Competitors’ registration fees will be charged to the member federation, when registered competitors do not attend the concerned event without informing the ICC within 10 days prior to the event itself (considering the 1st day of competition).

5. PRIZES:

According to ICC Standards.

6. ACCOMMODATION:

1) Hotel “ISET” *** (the same Hotel like in 2002)
Apartments 1st class: 2 rooms (from 2 to 3 beds) – 120 euros per night
Apartments 2nd class: 2 rooms (from 2 to 3 beds) – 90 euros per night
Single room – 60 euros per person per night
Double bed room – 40 euros per person per night.
Breakfast: a) continental – 3 euros; b) smorgasbord – 6 euros.

Notice: All participants shall pay for the accommodation to organisers.
Deadline for the reservation – April 28 th.

7. COMPETITION VENUE:

DIRIGABL Trade City - 17, Shwartsa Str., Ekaterinburg.

8. ON SITE INFORMATION:

Wednesday, June 4 th, from 10.00 to 10.30 at the competition venue.

9. TECHNICAL MEEETING:

Wednesday, June 4 th, 11.00 at the competition venue.

IMPORTANT: from 2002, registration procedures at the competition will happen at the closure of the isolation zone only.
Starting orders will be available on the web site (www.icc-info.org) a few days before the event.

10. COMPETITION WALLS:

USTU-UPI - Height: 25 m. Width: 6 m. Vertical.
